locally reared beef steak lasagna served with crossed garlic and cheese buns

Fresh local chicken breasts stuffed with soft Modbury cheese and thyme, wrapped tightly in locally cured proscuitto and served with crushed new potatoes and a medley of green vegetables

locally caught fish (dependant on seasons) wrapped in  parcels , flavoured with herbs and citrus and served with seasonal vegetables and crispy potato tots.

Huge platters of long slow cooked local pork

Pulled apart and served with apple and mustard sauce, special crispy roasted potatoes and piles of fresh herb infused green vegetables 

Sea food platters to swoon at!  

All dependant on seasons and the sustainable fish list.

Piles of locally caught crab and lobster.  Shell on prawns, crevettes,  sautéed squid, fresh, steamed seasonal fish, (depending on season and therefore how the fish should be cooked)  steamed mussels in a white wine sauce, freshly shucked oysters.... Whatever else we can pluck from the sea to serve to you....

An indulgent Selection of homemade cakes, scrumptious filled sandwiches and a selection of other delicious morsels!

Perfect picnics 

All packed up and ready to go.  A selection of sandwiches, homemade quiches or tarts, chocolate orange brownies with cream and strawberries.

Why not add a little extra?  Add canapes and Dorset Sparkling wine to start with and Petit Fours and even more Dorset sparkling wine to finish with!

Canapés:  Cream cheese and chive scones with smoked salmon pate 

Pesto and mozzarella and Prosciutto and parmesan palmiers

Bourbon glazed pork belly chunks

Table nibbles: mixed, marinated Olives, Assorted local Breads with  Dipping oils

Starters tapas style:  Wild garlic pesto, Platter of slow roasted peppers, artichokes, aubergine and courgette

Parma ham, vine ripened tomato, mozzarella and basil 

King prawns in garlic, parsley and pink peppercorn oil

Main course :  Whole forequarter of beef cooked with a juniper rub and served with a Horseradish creme fraiche.  Rosemary buttered new potatoes, Rocket and watercress salad with a Sloe gin dressing.  Orange, beetroot, celery and feta salad 

Pudding platters :  Chocolate brownies, Raspberry, pistachio and chocolate orange meringues.  Shortbread biscuits with vanilla cream, strawberries and raspberries 

A selection of local cheeses served with crackers and homemade chutneys and relish.
